Bryant Park is a 15 acre park located in West Charlotte between the neighborhoods of Wesley Heights and Camp Greene. Designated as a local historic landmark, portions of the park were constructed in the 1930s. In 2024, Mecklenburg Board of County Commissioners voted to allocate $9.6 million to design and construct improvements to Bryant Park. The project aims to enhance the park by providing new amenities and improving the amenities that currently exist, all while honoring the park's historic legacy. Mecklenburg County Park and Recreation and its partners are currently working through the design and public engagement process.

The concept was developed after feedback received from the public in November 2025. Please review this information and answer the questions below.

The plans are also available for download at the bottom of the page.
