Mason Wallace Park Improvements
Mason Wallace Park is an existing 30-acre Mecklenburg County Park located at 7301 Monroe Road, Charlotte, NC 28212. The park includes a multipurpose fields, a ball field, basketball courts, a playground, tennis courts, picnic shelter, parking, and restrooms. An updated Master Plan for the park was completed in 2020.
This Improvement project will add new pickleball courts. The scope of this project may also include repairs/expansion of existing paved trails, wayfinding, and/or accessibility improvements to the parking areas.

FINAL CONCEPT PLAN
The final proposed plan below adds 4 pickleball courts (with noise barriers), 2 tennis courts, court lighting, restrooms, accessible paths, turf improvements and stormwater pond. We plan to progress this concept into construction drawings and permitting with the hope to bid the work sometime late 2026/early 2027.
